2. Collection of data for intrasystematical and statistical purposes

By accessing our website your browser automatically sends personal data to our webserver for statistical and intrasystematical purposes. These are the names of the file, date and time of loading, size of data, confirmation of successful loading, used web browser and requesting domain. Additionally, the IP address of the requesting computers are listed. These data will be stored separately from other data that you will enter while using our web services. There will be no link to data of a certain person. The data will be recorded to ensure security of the system and for statistical and anonymous evaluation and will be deleted afterwards. 

 

3. Collection and processing of personalised data

Personalised data will only be collected and processed as you make them available for us while using our web presence by:

  • Using our contact form
  • Requesting or booking of our German courses, seminars and trainings
  • Registration for our newsletter

 

The kind of transferred personalised data depends on the respective entry form used to get in contact with us. Your personalised data will be used and stored for following internal use and purposes:

  • For processing your request/concerns in the entry form
  • For processing your request/booking of our German courses, seminars and trainings
  • For our newsletter mailing

We are allowed to transfer the data to one or several data processors, such as external services or affiliated companies for internal use only.

 

3.1. Information on newsletter mailing

Your registration for our newsletter requires your first and last name, your preferred language for correspondence and your e-mail address. We only use this information to provide you with the newsletter. The newsletter contains information on ifa Akademie and our products. Your data stays stored with us until you cancel the newsletter. A cancellation is always possible through a respective link in the newsletter or a corresponding notification. With the cancellation you disagree on further processing of your data. The data will be deleted from our site.

3.2. Legal basis for processing of your data

The legal basis for the processing of your data results from your consent (§4 Abs. 1 i.V.m. §4a BDSG bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DS-GVO) and in case of a request or booking from the fulfilment of pre-contractual purposes or the fulfilment of a contract (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DS-GVO). Your data will be stored for the duration of the validity of your consent or rather until the purpose is fulfilled. After that the data will be deleted, if there are no other legal obligations for storage of the data. We will not use your data for profiling or automatic decision making. 

3.3. Duration of storage of your data

Your data will stored with us for the duration of your consent given or till the end of a booked purpose. After this, your data will be deleted if there were not other legal obligations to continue to store these data. 

3.4.Processing for automated decision making or profiling

We will not use your data for automatic decision making processes or for profiling. 

 

4. Transfer of data

The transfer of your data is encoded. Unauthorised access through a third person is therefore aggravated.

 

Your data will only be disclosed for temporary storage to external service providers with our commission. Further transfer of personalised data will only be possible with your consent unless there is a legal obligation or to ensure the protection of rights, property or security of ifa Akademie. As far as external service providers get in contact with personalised data, we insist upon legal, technical and organisational measures to control the compliance of data protection rules. 

 

5. Cookies

Our website uses so called “Cookies” that are supposed to make our web presence more user friendly, more effective and secure, e.g. to accelerate the navigation on our platform. Cookies enable us to analyse the general navigation and the frequency of sites. Cookies are small text files, which will be stored on your computer system. We inform you in advance that some of these cookies will be transferred from our server to your computer system, most of them are “session cookies” which will be deleted from your hard drive after the end of your browser session. Other cookies stay in your computer system and enable us to recognise your computer system on your next visit (so called permanent cookies). You can always reject cookies if your browser allows this.

 

6. Application of Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analyses service by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so called “cookies”, which are text files that will be stored on your computer and enable the analysis of your use of certain websites. The information created by the cookie on your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to do reports on website activities for website users and to provide services connected to website use and use of internet. Please be advised that you will not be able to use all application of this website entirely. By using this website, you give your consent to the processing of your data by Google in the ways and for the purposes mentioned above. This website uses Google Analytics with an additional application to anonymise IP addresses so that a direct connection to a certain person is prevented.

 

7. Data processing by YouTube

Our website includes embedding of YouTube videos. We only facilitate the connection to YouTube. YouTube is a service by Google Inc. Purpose and extent of data collection and use through Google as well as your rights and security applications as YouTube client can be found in the Data Protection Policy of YouTube http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy.

 

8. Links to other websites

Our web presence contains links to other websites. We do not have any influence on the providers and their data protection policy.

We are responsible for our own content based on common laws. Our content has to be distinguished from links to content of other service providers. We are not responsible for foreign content that can be accessed through links on our website.

The service provider of the linked site with illegal, incorrect or incomplete content is liable for the damages resulting from use or non-use of the presented information. 

 

9. Your rights concerning personalised data

According to Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal law on data protection) or basis legal rules of data protection you have the right on information free of charge on your stored personalised data and where applicable correction, blocking (according to BDSG) or deletion of this data. If legal retention obligations apply, we will limit your data for further processing, so that it cannot be used for the purposes mentioned above.

Furthermore, you have the right to get your personalised data stored with us in digital form.

You can withdraw you consent to storage and processing of your data anytime. In this case we will delete your data immediately or block the data that cannot be deleted for legal reasons or limit the processing.

10. Data security 

Your personal data will be encrypted using SSL over the Internet.
We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. The security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Please be aware that current data protection rules and the form these rules are applied (i.e. with Google) may change. We therefore recommend to regularily check data protection regulation for any eventual changes. It has to be noted that confidentiality of emails and other forms of electronic communication cannot be fully guaranteed on the Internet.
